Scope

Applied standards: SH/T0109, ASTMD1264, IP215

Applied scope: testing grease resistance to water.

The grease sample loaded ball bearings, ball bearings and the bearing sleeve is provided with provisions within the gap, and turn to 600r/min + 30r/min speed. The control water in 38 DEG C or 79 DEG C to speed spray of fixed at 5ml / S + 0.5mL/s in the bearing sleeve, to within 60 min by water to wash away the grease quantity to measure the anti leaching ability of water of the grease.
